EMILIO VALERIO-LADERAS DE MONTEJURRA

Emilio Valerio-Laderas de Montejurra is a family business, formed by a group of people dedicated to a bio-dynamic farming project and who are destined to produce wines on the southern slopes of the historic Montejurra. In total more than 50 small parcels of land are farmed around the town of Dicastillo, in Tierra Estella, under the premise of defending bio-diversity and a singular character of wines. The owners believe wine is a natural product, intrinsically linked to people and to the land; hand-made wines that reflect the terroir from which they come and respect nature.

EMILIO VALERIO VIÑAS DEL PALOMAR EN ARGONGA

Vino biodinámico elaborado con uvas de los viñedos de El Palomar, en la media altura de Montejurra. Las cepas tienen una edad media de 35 años.

Variety

Garnacha, Merlot y Graciano.

Wine-making

Fermentación y conservación en tinos de madera y cemento. Crianza de 11 meses en barrica de roble francés.
