Married couple Enrique Basarte and Elisa Ucar drove the launch of this new winery. Both the economist Elisa, and the agricultural engineer Enrique, bring with them a lot of experience in the Navarran winemaking sector. The winery is fortunate to cultivate 21 hectares of old Garnacha vines with varied soils, orientations and altitudes, in the town of San Martin de Unx, traditionally a red wine producing area. In fact, the aim of this adventure is to rescue this grape variety, native to the region and a benchmark for the identity of the denomination of origin, returning Garnacha to its former glory.
