With a great winemaking tradition behind them, brothers Raúl and Jorge Ripa completed construction work on their new winery at the beginning of 2003 – a 2,400 square meter winery, designed and equipped to make quality, organic wine. The 70 hectares of vines, owned by the business, meet the needs of the winery exclusively. The vineyards are cultivated via organic farming techniques. The winery, which has a crush capacity of 600,000 kilos, houses the Hall for Organic Wine Interpretation.
