BODEGAS ULLATE

Four generations growers make up the Ullate family, owners of the winery that is their namesake, in the town of Monteagudo. The heirs of Guillermo Ullate made his dream come true of making their own wines from grapes from their own vineyards, as his grandparents formerly had, in 1995. On their 12 hectares of vineyard they cultivate traditional grape varieties. The land, divided into different estates, is situated in the foothills of the Moncayo, and is influenced climatologically by the Sierra de Monteblanco and the Queiles River. The winery houses conical stainless steel deposits for winemaking.

Tempranillo 50%, Garnacha 30% y Mazuelo 20%.

Wine-making

Vendimiado a mano en cajones de 300 kg y fermentado con levaduras autóctonas, es una covinificación, criado en barrica nueva y de un vino, de roble francés de Allier de 225 l. durante 12 meses y en botella durante al menos 10 más.
