This business was conceived as a small family winery when Miguel Ángel Martínez Janáriz started the project in Muruzábal, in the Valdizarbe Valley. Today, his son, Miguel has taken over control the company following the same path as his predecessors. Cultivating vines using organic methods, Bodegas Parraldea uses grapes from the best areas of their own vineyard. Their organic wines are marketed under the Fidelium brand, two being young red wines that are aged in both barrel and bottle.
