Talking about Dominio Lasierpe means immersing oneself in the history of Cintruénigo and the family of growers that, since 1920, have been involved, generation after generation, in the cultivation of vines. Thanks to the Catholic Agrarian Syndicate, in the region, the winery was established and in 1927 the winery was built. Since then it has been improved upon and adapted, new equipment has been purchased and new winemaking techniques have been introduced into the vineyard. Today Vinos y Viñedos Dominio Lasierpe is the Navarran winery with the largest and most diverse area of cultivated vineyard, with a surface area of 1,300 hectares.
