BODEGAS ARISTU

Winemaker Juan Ramón Ollo Aristu started this small winery in 1995, motivated by a desire to see his dreams come true: to make quality wine from grapes grown in his own vineyard. Today he owns 30 hectares of vines, where organic viticulture is practiced. The vineyard is situated in Lumbier, Baja Montaña, and continues the family tradition of careful vineyard husbandry under the watch of Patxi Moriones. The winery also houses a unique "casa de comidas" (informal restaurant) where a seasonal menu is served, made with traditional organic products.
