BODEGA OTAZU

Nature, art and wine find the most perfect symbiosis in Bodega Otazu. Located in dream-like place, between the Sierra del Perdon and the Sierra de Echauri, this building – which was constructed in the 19th century – recreates an architectural style reminiscent of French châteaux. It is also is fortunate enough to count on the grapes from its own 115 hectares of vineyard, which surround the property in some of the northern-most areas of the country. The magnificent underground cellars, made up of nine concrete vaults are a highlight, where 2,000 oak barrels are to be found.

Vendimiado por la noche con la mínima temperatura. Desfangado y fermentado en barica de roble francés nuevo, con tostado ligero. Permaneció con las lías de fermentación durante nueve meses y una vez trasegado, completó la crianza en barrica con otros tres meses.
