BODEGA MENDIKO

The 14 hectares of their own vineyard, divided up between nine estates situated in the town of Aibar-Oibar, gave direction to the family business in 2000. Respecting the principles of organic agriculture they cultivate Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Syrah. The average yield per hectare is around 4,000 kilos and the total capacity of the winery is 100,000 litres of wine made in an artisan-style. The company only markets the Mendiko brand which holds the Agricultural Farming Production Certificate.
