BODEGA MARQUES DE MONTECIERZO

The philosophy behind the Marqués de Montecierzo winery is based on making its wines exclusively from its 22 hectare estate in Castejón. The Lozano Melero family, who have a lot of experience in the world of wine and vine growing, are the owners. In this way, and in keeping with this strategy, the winery can control production from its very start where sustainable farming practices are employed. Curiously the winery is housed in an historic building, the old Castejón flour mill, a locally listed building and constructed in 1900.
