Bio-climatic and bio-constructive criteria, along with organic agricultural practices are the guiding principles that have been followed by the family owned winery Juan Simon since its establishment in 2002. The winery’s name, homage to the founder, goes back to a winemaking tradition used by his grandparents. The company only makes wines from grapes grown on their own 10 hectares of land, located in Queiles. The winery is certified by the Navarran Council of Organic Agricultural Production (CPAEN).
