The Asensio Sanz brothers founded this winery in 1994 with the sole objective of producing quality wines. Based in the Sesma area, the owners work with around 70 hectares of their own vineyard planted in chalky, alluvial soils. The region is arid and grape maturation is optimum, with low yields which are regulated by very low levels of rainfall. Annual production is around 170,000 litres, which make this an artisan winery.

70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot y 10% Tempranillo.
Wine-making
Fermentación alcohólica a temperatura controlada. Fermentación maloláctica de depósito. Crianza en barrica de roble americano y francés durante 12 meses.
