ALEX. VIÑEDOS DE CALIDAD

A winemaking tradition, that stretches back over one hundred years, is the foundation on which the new vineyard Alex Viñedos de Calidad is based. Javier Cantarero heads up this initiative, taking on the mantle from his grandfather and his father, two great winemakers. Cantarero wants add to this rich family tradition, bring a vision of the future whilst adapting to market demands. The Alex range of wines therefore have the seal of a new style of handmade, "vino de autor" wines which is linked to the terroir from which they come - Corella, an area with a rich history in Navarran winemaking.

Mediante el método tradicional de sangrado y desfangado. Fermentación a temperatura controlada durante 20 días. Posteriormente clarificación, filtración y estabilización por frío.
